Directory Image Viewer (DIV) is a simple utility for viewing images on your hard drives. There's not much to it. Run the program, and then navigate through your files system using the outline view on the left hand side.

It supports Favorites, multiple methods of scaling, and a slide show player. It's not fancy, but it's free.
